As the name suggests, Proxi is a business resource centre, offering furnished office accommodation on a short-term basis. Offices ( ranging from 13m2 to 32m2 ) furnished with an executive desk, a high back chair, a visitor's chair, your choice of bookcase, credenza or filing cabinet and a state of the art telephone. Modem/data points are provided in each office. Personal computers are provided, where necessary.
Common areas made up of a 25m2 boardroom, an interview room of 16m2, a training room that accommodates 25 persons ( seated ), a tea-room of 20m2 and a reception area of 37,5m2.
The boardroom is equipped with an overhead projector, screen/whiteboard, television, video recorder, flip chart, slide projector, blackout facilities and accommodates up to 12 persons. The interview room is geared for more personal one-to-one approaches, but can also accommodate up to six persons. The training room is fitted to accommodates 30 persons in your choice of seating style. Catering and other services are available on request. To alleviate cross-bookings we request that clients pre-book their choice of room, with reception.
The tea-room offers a trendy, though, relaxed atmosphere. Tea and coffee is provided throughout the day. Snacks, refreshments ( and catering ) are available for your account.
The reception area is decorated with impressions of Spanish artist Miro, warm beech-wood floors, black and oak furniture and lush green plants. The panoramic expanse of the Peninsula blends with the aesthetic glamour – making this the most prestigious address at 1, Thibault Square.
An answering or message service is available, whereby your company is assigned a unique number and incoming calls on this number are answered in your companies name with a personalised greeting of your choice. Outgoing telephone calls are monitored with the call management system and a surcharge is payable on Telkom's rates.
Professional staff to meet and greet your visitors, as well as provide administrative and secretarial support where needed. |
